CALL TO ORDER: Eliason called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. 2. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: The City Council and Planning Commission invite the Parks Recreation Commission to a joint work session meeting with UMore on December 1s' at 5:00pm. APPROVE MEETING MINUTES: October 26, 2020 Approved by Farrell, Second by Speich. Ayes: 8 Nays: 0 4. AUDIENCE INPUT: None 5. DISCUSSION: None 6. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: a. None 7. NEW BUSINESS: a. Capital Improvement Plan —The City of Rosemount is in the process of updating the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP Budget). MOTION by Farrell to recommend supporting the City Council approve the 10-year CIP. SECOND by Young. Ayes: 8 Nays: 0 Motion passed b. Parks and Recreation Fees — On an annual basis the Parks and Recreation Commission reviews the Parks and Recreation related portion of the City's Fees and Fee Policy. MOTION by Debettignies to recommend that no changes are made to the Parks and Recreation Fees for 2021. SECOND by Bonkoski. Ayes: 8 Nays: 0 Motion passed c. Director's Report Park Improvement Fund Balance as of October 31, 2020: $2,463,994.32 Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows: Dedication fees — $1,426.79 Grants/Other - $0 Interest - $77.02 Donations - $0 Expenditures - $26,579.65 (Greenway Trail Designs, Skate Park final payment, and Flint Hills Lighting Design) 8. ADJOURNMENT - MOTION by Farrell to adjourn the meeting. SECOND by Young. Ayes: 8 Nays: 0 Motion passed.
