RECOMMENDED ACTION: Nomination and election of Environment & Sustainability
Interim Commission Chair for 2022. Motion to elect _______ as Interim Commission Chair
until April 2023.
DISCUSSION
At its January meeting, the former ESC Chair tendered their resignation. The Environment &
Sustainability Commission elects a Chair and Vice-Chair annually at its April meeting. An interim Chair
needs to be elected until the April meeting. Commissioners are requested to nominate and elect an interim
Chair. The Vice-Chair will preside over the meeting in the absence of the Chair.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends that the Environment & Sustainability Commission nominate and elect an interim Chair
for 2022.
