RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: Recognize Jim Koslowski for more than 32 Years of Service
to the City of Rosemount
BACKGROUND
After more than 32 years, Public Works Supervisor of Parks, Fleet, & Facilities, Jim “Kose” Koslowski is
retiring on March 23rd. Staff would very much appreciate a moment to recognize Kose for his
contributions to our organization over more than three decades. Kose will be attending the meeting as we
honor his contributions and present him with a plaque commending his service.
RECOMMENDATION
Congratulate outgoing Public Works Supervisor of Parks, Fleet, & Facilities Jim Koslowski on his
retirement, and thank him for his years of service and dedication to the City of Rosemount.
