RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution to Accept Dunmore Addition, City Project
467, Public Improvements for Perpetual Maintenance.
SUMMARY
Public improvements installed as part of Dunmore Addition, City Project 467, included streets, sanitary
sewer, watermain and storm sewer during the 2017/2018 construction season.
The developer requested final acceptance of the public improvements. WSB & Associates, Inc. (WSB)
has confirmed that the public improvements have been installed per the plans and specifications and
recommends acceptance of said improvements.
RECOMMENDATION
Upon City acceptance of the work, the public improvements constructed in Dunmore Addition, City
Project 467, shall become City property per the subdivision agreement. Staff recommends that City
Council approve the resolution accepting the improvements for perpetual maintenance.

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
FOR DUNMORE ADDITION,
CITY PROJECT 467
WHEREAS, the developer has requested City acceptance of the public improvements; and,
WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. confirmed the public improvements were installed in accordance
with the approved plans and specifications and finds the improvements acceptable.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota. The work completed
under said agreement is hereby accepted for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
ADOPTED this 21st day of March 2023.
