SPECIAL WORK SESSION PROCEEDINGS
MARCH 22, 2023
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special work session of the Rosemount City Council was
held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 4:00 pm at Rosemount City Hall, Conference Room, 2875
145th Street West.
Mayor Weisensel called the meeting to order with Councilmember Theisen, Klimpel, Freske and
Essler. Staff present included, City Administrator Martin.
2.a. Interviews Commissioner Applicants
City Council interviewed 14 applicants interested in serving on a commission.
2.b. Council Final Selection Discussion
Councilmembers rated their top picks based on the seats available. Council made their selections and
will appoint the selected individuals at the April 4th regular Council meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Weisensel
second by Essler, the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 9:07 pm
