RECOMMENDED ACTION: The Rosemount Mayor shall administer the Oath of Office to
Port Authority Member Tim Beau dette.
BACKGROUND
The Minnesota State Statute 358.05 requires that City officials, appointed or elected, must take
and sign an Oath of Office before transacting any business or exercising any privilege of office.
RECOMMENDATION
The City of Rosemount’s City Council appointed Tim Beaudette as new Port Authority
Chairperson effective 4/18/23. Their term will expire 3/31/29.
