ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, Location Map APPROVED BY: LJM RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution to Accept Dunmore 2nd Addition, City Project 2018-13, Public Improvements for Perpetual Maintenance. BACKGROUND Public improvements installed as part of Dunmore 2nd Addition, City Project 2018-13, included streets, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer during the 2019 construction season with wear course installed in 2022. The developer requested final acceptance of the public improvements. WSB & Associates, Inc. (WSB) has confirmed that the public improvements have been installed per the plans and specifications and recommends acceptance of said improvements. RECOMMENDATION Upon City acceptance of the work, the public improvements constructed in Dunmore 2nd Addition, City Project 2018-13, shall become City property per the subdivision agreement. Staff recommends that City Council approve the resolution accepting the improvements for perpetual maintenance. CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 2023 – XX A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT FOR DUNMORE 2ND ADDITION, CITY PROJECT 2018-13 WHEREAS, the developer has requested City acceptance of the public improvements; and, WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. confirmed the public improvements were installed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and finds the improvements acceptable. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, Minnesota. The work completed under said agreement is hereby accepted for perpetual maintenance and ownership.
