RECOMMENDED ACTION: Guidance/direction on communication documents sent to residents
regarding ordinance requirements for utility system connections
BACKGROUND
At the May 2nd City Council Work Session, Council requested to review the communication documents
being sent to residents in the Jay Simons neighborhood. Staff will provide a copy of the communication
at the special meeting.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff is seeking guidance and approval on the communication being sent to residents in the Jay Simons
neighborhood.
