RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discuss changes to ESC procedures, structure, and goals.
BACKGROUND
The Environment & Sustainability Commission (ESC) has been discussing operational and
administrative changes to improve the workings of the ESC since fall of 2023. Changes are being
explored to improve efficiency, hone the focus of work, and improve participation by the community.
This is a continuation of that discussion.
