New Business a.Speaker: Bill Neuhauser; STEAM Facility (Parks & Rec) Bill Neuhauser is a retired Civil Engineer who came to speak about the possibility of an RC racing facility coming to Rosemount. This facility would include a hobby shop, space for classes, tracks, a flying field and a pond for RC boats. He believes this will draw a large crowd to our community along with giving both kids and adults opportunities for both new and old hobbies, along with providing some jobs for our Youth. There are currently only 2 tracks in the Metro area and Mr. Neuhauser believes Rosemount would be a perfect spot for this type of facility.
